Who is ProProduction for?+
The people organising and working on motion and stills productions: producers, production managers, coordinators, photographers, photographic assistants, digital technicians, stylists and crew across departments. One account can support production work, crew work or both. The first release focuses on the UK.
Is my crew profile public?+
Your profile starts hidden. You choose whether it appears in the signed-in crew network. Applying to a role or responding to a private invitation shares your profile with that production. Your email and phone are shared with the production team after you accept a booking.
Does a pencil mean I am booked?+
No. A pencil is a tentative availability hold. The crew member acknowledges it separately. A booking is only confirmed when the crew member accepts the current offer, with its specific dates, rate and terms.
Can crew work different dates and day types?+
Yes. Each role has its own working dates, including prep, recce, travel, pre-light, fitting or rehearsal, wrap and retouch outside the production schedule. Choose the day type and any different daily rate on the role. Production schedule edits do not change existing role dates or agreements. A pencil is provisional; accepting an offer confirms the listed days and fees.
Who can read messages and see documents?+
A role conversation is shared with the crew member and the authorised production team. Production documents are available to the production team and confirmed crew. A pencil alone does not grant document access. External links have their own permissions.
