Use accurate information and only advertise work you are authorised to offer. Keep your availability current. Do not upload another person’s private information without permission.
Agreeing work
An application or availability response is not a booking. Production teams send an offer with dates, rate, location and working terms. The booking becomes confirmed when the crew member accepts those terms.
The production team and crew member are responsible for agreeing engagement terms, payment, insurance, working hours, overtime and cancellation arrangements. ProProduction records their agreement; it is not the employer, payroll service or payment guarantor.
Pencils and messages
A pencil is a tentative availability hold, not a confirmed engagement. Acknowledging a pencil does not accept a day rate or contract. Agree priority and release arrangements directly. Negotiation messages do not change the structured offer; review and accept the exact offer to confirm a booking.
APA references are optional and limited to UK commercials. Custom rates and explicit variations can be agreed. The platform does not calculate payroll, overtime penalties or cancellation entitlements.
Production information
Keep confidential material within its intended production team. External document links have their own sharing permissions. Confirm time-sensitive changes directly when necessary.
Early access
Keep a copy of essential shoot information. Report problems to hi@proproduction.ai or through Settings & support. Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading or abusive listings.
